Favela do Rodo, também conhecida como Conjunto Rollas I e II — que fica no bairro de Santa Cruz, é uma comunidade dominada atualmente pela milicia e tem uma população de cerca de 30.000 pessoas.[1]


A comunidade desde muito tempo era dominada pelo tráfico de drogas. No meio do ano de 2018, houveram intensas guerras e foi tomada por milicianos da região.


Tem como entrada em principais ruas e avenidas do bairro de Santa Cruz as famosas ruas Avenida Antares, Cesário de Melo e Rua Felipe Cardoso. Na comunidade também possuem divisões da comunidade como: Marcola, Colina, Prédios, Jaú, Maravilha e Praça.
