I am aware of the 12% statutory interest. I wonder if has the originals contract itnerest.
There is a money judgement against me on a 5000 payday loan at 500% apr. Does the judgement accumualte 500% apr? Will it be worth billions in a few years? Or is it just the statutory interest?
