I live in the Philippines and would like to know if it's illegal to video record someone without their consent? I searched about this but all I got was that you can't record someone as an act of voyeurism. What about if the person saw that I'm recording them but didn't verbally consented but didn't tell me to stop either? Will I still be sued despite of them passively consenting to it?
