I was in a car accident back in September 2018. after the incident i towed my car back back to our home and park it on the side of my residence. The insurance Company finally made me an offer for my car but i would like to know if i can go after the insurance company for storage fee. if i would have taken it to the tow yard it cost at least $15,000 for storage fees because the insurance company was lagging.

If any one know of this situation please advise.

Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.
