So, one of my relatives had an issue with bed bugs, the furniture was removed and the house was sprayed by the landlord. Later on, all of the residents of that complex were forced to sign a waiver stating that if they get bed bugs again, they will be evicted from the premises. Now they have bed bugs again, (the person that previously brought them was not allowed into the house after the first spraying). From what I can tell, the waiver about getting evicted is not valid, and the landlord has to spray for bed bugs again, is this a correct assumption? It's a low income housing complex in the central Texas region.
