I was in a car accident back in September 2018. after the incident i towed my car back back to our home and park it on the side of my residence. The insurance Company finally made me an offer for my car. If i would have taken it to the tow yard it cost at least $15,000 for storage fees because the insurance company was lagging.
Can I go after the insurance company for the equivalent storage fee?
liability insurance

Did you notify them at the beginning of a fee? Did you pay any actual storage fees or fines? What is your damage here? What does your policy say?

As Ron says, there is no actual storage fee to pay - nothing was agreed beforehand, there was no implied cost of storing your property on your property (as that's what's happening), so what exactly are you billing them for? Free money? The insurance company is going to laugh at you, then have your claim thrown out in court, and then probably hand you the costs they incurred.
