I file taxes with hrblock. I divorced in 2016 and married in 2017. My EX logged into hrblock 4/13/19 and was able to view 2016 and 2017 taxes. Hrblock associate instructed me to contact tech support to unlink the accounts. Upon talking to tech support I was told there was nothing I could do, the EX needs to call to unlink. When she called they told her the same thing after trying to change the account. At the end of it all, the EX can access my returns whenever she wants and there's nothing I can do about. To me, this is a breach of my privacy. The answers I received were unsatisfactory as well. What legal action, if any, can I take?
