Eustrácio (em latim: Eustratius) foi um bizantino do século VI que esteve ativo no reinado de Justiniano (r. 527–565). Era filho de Soterico e irmão de Filágrio e Rômulo. Quando seus parentes partiram numa missão para as terras dos misimianos em 556, devido a sua pouca idade e ao fato de não ser fisicamente robusto, foi deixado em Constantinopla.[1]
