"Thank God I Found You" é uma canção escrita e produzida pela cantora americana Mariah Carey, Jimmy Jam e Terry Lewis para o sexto álbum da cantora intitulado Rainbow (1999). Contêm a participações do cantor Joe e do grupo 98 Degrees.

A canção ficou uma semana no topo da parada, substituindo a canção "I Knew I Loved You" pelo grupo Savage Garden.

Is You Is, or Is You Ain't (My Baby)."

Videoclipe e Remixes |

O remix principal da canção "Thank God I Found You/Make It Last Forever," ou "Thank God I Found You" (Make It Last Remix) foi regravado com novos vocais. O remix foi incluso no terceiro álbum do cantor Joe My Name Is Joe (2000).
