Tsarevitch (Russo: Царевич), às vezes Tsesarevich (Russo: Цесаревич) como uma forma mais antiquada, é o termo eslavo que na Rússia imperial designava o herdeiro do trono, quando era filho de um Tsar reinante. Significa literalmente "filho do Tsar", porém somente correspondia ao primogênito, já que os demais levavam o título de Grão-duque. O último tsarevitch da Russia foi Alexei Nikolaevich Romanov, filho de Nicolau II, nascido em 1904 e assassinado junto com seus pais e irmãs em Ekaterimburgo em 1918 durante a Revolução Bolchevique.


Em tempos anteriores, o título também se empregava para os descendentes dos janes (tsares) de Cazã, Kasimov, e Sibéria depois que estes foram anexados pela Rússia.
